What are our prices based on?

Our prices are based on 8 hour blocks of time within the Ottawa/Gatineau area. Taxes are not included. We do include delivery, set up, take down and cleaning. The price does not change if you choose to rent for a shorter period. There will be an extra charge for delivery outside of the Ottawa/Gatineau area which will depend on the distance.

What is TSSA?

TSSA stands for Technical Standards and Safety Authority. TSSA inspects and licenses inflatables in order to ensure the safety of each rental.

Are we TSSA certified?

Yes, it is legally mandatory in Ontario to be TSSA certified in order to set up a bouncer in any public venue.

Can we pick up the bouncer ourselves?

No, we do not offer a self pick-up option.

How long can we rent the bouncer for?

Prices are for up to a max. of 8 hours (subject to availability). Additional hours are at a rate of $25/hour (applies after the initial 8 hours). If you choose to rent for less than 8 hours the price remains the same.

Out-of-town rental, please inquire.

What happens if it rains on the day of my rental?

We are constantly checking the weather; we do not deliver our bouncers if it rains. If the weather calls for rain on the day of your rental, you can choose to reschedule or simply cancel as there is no cancellation fee (for any reason). If the weather is unclear for the day of your rental, you will be given the option to cancel or keep your booking. We reserve the right to pick up the bouncer early if rain persists. Please be advised that a refund will not be issued once the bouncer has been set up.

How do I make a booking?

How do we pay once we have made a booking?

Payment is due at delivery. We accept cash, etransfer, cheque (commercial clients only) or visa (extra charge applies) as payment.

Is there an age limit on the bouncers?

Yes, all our bouncers have an age limit between 2-12 years of age. NO ADULTS ARE PERMITTED ON THE BOUNCER unless assisting children. Children using the bouncer must be of relatively the same age and weight at any given time.

Who can supervise?

An adult over the age of 18 must be present at all times while the bouncer is in use.

How much in advance do I need to make a booking?

We recommend booking early to ensure your castle of choice is available as we book up fast.

How are the bouncers sanitized?

We always clean and sanitize our bouncers prior to delivery to the client. We use a household antibacterial spray to ensure cleanliness without subjecting you children to harsh sometimes harmful cleaners.

How long does it take to set-up and take down the bouncer?

Set-up takes approx. 20 – 30 mins, longer for some of the multi section bouncers. During this time, we set-up, sanitize and go through the rules and regulations of proper handling of the bouncer while in your care.

The take down time depends on which bouncer you have rented, the weather conditions and the cleanliness of the bouncer.


Can the bouncer be used indoors?

Yes, many of our bouncers are suitable for both indoor and outdoor rentals. Please allow a 9 foot ceiling for these bouncers. They are a perfect addition to your party room
